Founded in 2016 by Sujay Jaswa and Jeffrey Katzenberg, WndrCo is a technology-focused investment firm built on a simple idea: to create and scale world-changing businesses.
We see ourselves as "the founders behind the founders," combining strategic capital with hands-on operational involvement. We don’t want to be only a source of capital or cheerleaders on the sidelines. We want to roll up our sleeves — building from scratch or unlocking the potential of overlooked ideas. Whether it’s 0-1, 1-10, or 10-100 and beyond, we get involved in all aspects of the business — sometimes as the interim CEO, CFO, or CPO — to tell stories, build products, and finally sell them by opening doors no one else can.
